Our Island Club is committed to ensuring the security of the information

and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place

that makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read

cases, to make your membership payment on the Internet significantly
safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or retail store.

Information such as name, emailing address, mailing address, credit
card number and expiration date is needed to process your order.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping rates:
All membership cards are sent by First Class U.S. Mail. New memberships
are processed each weekend and membership cards are mailed on Monday
(except in the case of national holidays). Renewal memberships are
processed on Monday and Thursday and membership cards are mailed
on Tuesday and Friday. Orders for Replacement cards are processed
and mailed within 48 hours.
Returns
Memberships are non-refundable. Partial credit may be granted if
a member moves permanently from Martha’s Vineyard.
